at the John Glas Fieldhouse, Bemidji State University

Glen Everhart was born and raised in St. Paul Minnesota. He received his B.A. Degree in Music Education from St. Cloud University and taught public school full and part-time for a total of seven years. Glen has been performing professionally full-time now since 1987 - 18 years! His performances have taken him to 25 states and 2 countries.

Glen has won the following awards: The Great American Song Contest with the song "Young People of the World", and "Entertainer of the Year by G. L. Berg Entertainment staff.

What do you like best about being a performer?

"The best part of entertaining is the wide variety of people I get to meet. From farmers and construction workers to doctors, scientists, and salespeople, they all have unique personalities and perspectives on life. They all think what I do for a living is pretty cool, and most of the time, it is! At least that's what I tell myself as I'm waiting in an airport or halfway home from Pierre in a snowstorm, or calming the butterflies in my stomach 5 minutes before I take the stage! But when he show is over, it's all worth it, and I start getting ready for the next show... wherever THAT is!"

What makes your show unique?

"My show is unique because I bring an audience through such a wide range of emotions and perform such a variety of ways. From the animated, theatrical performances of my original songs, to interacting WITH the audience IN the audience... from hitting hollow golf balls into the audience to bringing people on stage to be a "Rock Star"...from telling the story of "The Finn Who Would Not Take A Sauna" to the hilarious, original choral hymn "And The Fishing Hook Stuck In His Butt"...my show is multi-dimensional and has something that everyone can appreciate."

See you there!
